Malların Değişimi veya İadesi

Ürünün kaliteli olması halinde alıcı, mesafeli olarak akdedilen sözleşmeyi, ifasından itibaren 14 gün içerisinde fesih hakkına sahiptir. Sözleşmeyi fesih hakkının korunabilmesi için tüketicinin, ürünlerin orijinal haliyle muhafaza edildiğini takip etmesi gerekmektedir. Cihazın müşterinin hatası olmaksızın tahrip olması, hasar görmesi veya hasar görmesi durumunda müşteri sözleşmeyi fesih imkanından mahrum kalmaz. Ürünün ambalajının açılması veya işlevselliğinin kontrol edilmesi nedeniyle değerinde azalma olmuşsa bu durum tüketicinin iade talebinde bulunamayacağı anlamına gelmez.

Aşağıdaki bileşenlerden en az birinin eksik olması durumunda ürün geri kabul edilmez:
